Who do you think will replace Ancelotti at Chelsea?

Chelsea wants to buy Pep Guardiola from Barcelona, but I don't think it's gonna happen. His contract with Barca ends this season. It's up to him to decide weather he wants to stay at Barca or go to Chelsea.
