Does anyone of a way of detection of a double jacketed pipe clogged on inner pipe, by ultrasound or other mean?

Does anyone know of a way of detection of a double jacketed pipe clogged on inner pipe, by ultrasound or other means? Is there a industrial detection system? It would save time troubleshooting areas where there is lot of double jacketed pipes. Thank you
