Is changing a manager in midseason a good thing to do?

its easy to see why it could potentially be harmful if there is a drastic shift in a new coachs strategdy but like you said the case with hiddink proved it could help. after scolari, hiddink was a godsend and i really wanted him to stay. chelsea greatly improved with him in the premier league, obviously the fa cup, and the champions league. i mention the champions league because in chelsea standards, the semi finals is really far for us to go and we came real close to beating barcelona.
