I am really confused, am I thinking too much or does he feel something for me?

You had me convinced he was in love with you, until the part where you said he has a girlfriend. Why would a guy with a girlfriend treat another girl like he's treating you? He's an idiot, and if I were his girlfriend I'd be pissed. I think he's definitely showing signs of interest in you, but he's taken so he's in the wrong. Don't take his niceness for anything more than just friendship. Perhaps he is just a really nice guy.
