Is Red Jacket the first and or only armorer to make an integrally suppressed AK?

I saw Red Jacket make some custom integrally suppressed AKs for a dealer on their show "Sons of Guns". Does anyone know if anyone else has done it since? Was it ever done before Red Jacket?
