How to make a Columbia jacket for RHPS?

Ok, so RHPS is this March. I found my mom's old Columbia costume in the basement the other day from when she went to rocky horror when she was my age! It's still in really good condition and it fits. The only thing it's missing is the gold coat. I was just wondering where I could buy a gold coat like hers or is there a way I can make it myself?
