Chelsea are the only Champions to have ever bought a player?

Don't make me laugh. I remember Ferguson spending millions over four seasons before Man Ure won the FA Cup in 1990 and he's broken the transfer record several times since. Liverpool bought their fair share of players in the 70s and 80s and Arsenal are hardly self sufficient when it comes to bringing in new players. Every team that has won a Championship has spent millions doing so, even as far back as Nottingham Forest in the 70s so get your facts right, Chelsea are NOT the only club to have bought players.
